Heard at the spring game that Warren quarterback Dylan Leffingwell will be invited to walk on next fall. Since they didn't get the QB from Dublin the coaches thought Dylan impressed them enough with his athleticism to get an invite. They watched him during the Warriors run to the final four in BBall and in track meets this spring and saw something they liked..

I see that he was
player of the year in the Southeastern Ohio Athletic League
for 2012 and played both QB and DB, and was also
Division II all-district
for SE Ohio.

He is shown as 6' 2" and 210-215. Who knows, time will tell. Seems the kind of good kid/athlete you bring in with good utility value.

He's also listed as a DB, and at Hudl, as an OLB, so he's a good athlete, and may be able to find a place to help the team, at QB, or somewhere else.

Good to see another local kid on the team. He seems like a good person and a real athlete. As L.C. said, I think he'll stick somewhere -- whether it be at QB or another position.

Same school that produced Grant Venham for what it's worth.
