charges against him were not dropped.  From what I'm reading he plead guilty and has been placed on probation.  If this were just an incident like public intox or anything involving just alcohol (depending on how far it went), then that'd be a different story.  however he was charged with sexual assault (he avoided the rape charge because of a guilty plea to covering it up).  Frank will most almost surely (as in 99.9% sure) not even have it as a thought in his head to bring this kid in.  And if he does, then my fandom of Ohio Football stops there.
