According to WOUB (via DZone.net), Ohio has received a verbal commitment from Farmington (MI) High School cornerback Curtis Brunson.

This recruiting class is starting to look amazing... If we only get 75% to sign at the rate we're going, that would still be great

Very impressive on film. His feet never stop. Reminds me of our Lorenzo Fisher with his open field tackling and strength. A few years in the weight room and another 25 lbs will make him very valuable to our defense.
This is shaping up as a tremendous class.

I like this guy, but, in the film he seems more of a Safety or nickle rather than a true corner. That's OK, as Safeties are needed too. He seems to be playing up in the box, on run support, rather than out on the wide receivers.

I agree, though, that this class is looking to be outstanding.

Agreed, looks like an Ed Reed-esque, centerfielder-ish safety. But the dude has some definite athletic ability, and I like the thought of a long, athletic corner.

The article at WOUB makes it clear he can play corner, too. Sounds like an awesome addition to the class.
