Looks like he was in Athens prior to the start of the year last year and redshirted the previous year at Iowa leaving him 3 to play 3 I assume.  I think he will be the highest regarded WR on the roster based on the recruiting services rating out of HS.

With the talent he has, I'm guessing he was given a scholarship as a transfer, and unlike some of the others, he's not a walkon, but I have no way of knowing so it's just a guess.
