Wonder what the NCAA rules are regarding recruiting from a college football program after it has been shut down?

There could be some players on UAB's roster that would look good in Athens.

No players on their roster from the Midwest or Great Lakes region. None from Nebraska and only one from Oklahoma. I don't think we are going to be a target for very many of these guys, but I guess they have to go somewhere.

I presume that under the circumstances transfers would be immediately eligible to play. Nevertheless, Ohio doesn't have a lot of scholarships to work with this year. I suppose they could add 1 or 2 players for a position of need, such as QB or DT.
