The 4.9 is likely hand timed which means +/- 0.3. Still Jovahn is a good get. He is likely very raw with a huge upside still to develop. If he is near 5.0 he is explosive for his size. Below is a link for his t & f results.

Considering that theres's only 4 stars possible for his position, that is quite a good rating. It puts him right outside of the top 100 for that position as well. Not that the ranking really matters, it's just nice to see others recognize his talent. Moreover, we stole him right from Akron. Good get all around.

I would guess his scholarship went to Anderson.
