Ted Ginn Sr seems to think he's a big time player...

His Jr year film is really impressive. Absolutely dominating at the line of scrimmage.

Not sure I've seen a tape like that from a DL recruit since Landon Cohen. Would love to see his senior highlights.

Mr. McKnight has a motor like Roosevelt Nix. He reminds me of the NGs that played in the old five man front when stunting was popular. They were light and quick and disruptive.

He's perhaps more of a DE than a DT. He has a very quick first step, and looks very strong. Wherever he ends up on the defensive line, he'll be disruptive. He's not rated by any of the recruiting services, but he looks like a 3-4 star player to me.

With the addition of McKnight and Ball, I am very excited about this class. It will be an outstanding group.

Looks like a promising player. You can't help but be encouraged when Ginn says McKnight would have been headed to OSU under Tressel.

I'm not an expert, but from the hudl I liked how strong he was at pushing through blocks, though maybe he'll need some work on wrapping up. I was also impressed by how fast he pursued and how he picked smart angles. Of course they're not going to show the plays where he guesses wrong I suppose...but in some clips he showed a real knack for anticipating where to be to make the play.

This guy looks like a great get. Amazing he isn't rated by the services. I really would not mind replacing osu in the Glenville pipeline.

This is a start, but Ohio has a ways to go to take over that pipeline. The only other Glenville player to play for Solich is Crutcher. Since 2005, Rivals shows that this is where Glenville players have committed:
Ohio State 17
Toledo 7
Ball State 6
Iowa 5
Indiana, UC 4 each
Wisconsin, Illinois, EMU, Kent 3 each
Michigan, Ohio, Akron, BG 2 each
Buffalo, UConn, Marshall, BC, Purdue, Miami (Fl), USC 1 each
Total=69, so they are averaging between 6 and 7 a year. Of those, 38 were P5, and almost all the rest were in the MAC.

Just what this class needed!

Crutcher worked out for us.. Excited to see what McKnight can do. It amazes me he isn't rated by the services. Glenville is a factory.

Will he play DT for us or DE?
