It is still around, and is still an interesting, different way to look at recruiting. They only update their data every couple weeks, though, and they are due for an update tomorrow. When the do, I'd guess that Ohio is probably now ranked about #70 or so in the country, not a bad start.
One thing you can do is look at a list of all the offers that Ohio has made, and the "value" of each player, value being determined by who has offered that player:
