I knew it was a reach for him to go to OU, but it does hurt, for obvious reasons, that its Nebraska and not OU. http://www.omaha.com/huskers/ohio-defensive-back-tony-but...
There are some really quality kids in the private Catholic school programs in Oho that never end up at OU. Maybe they are not worthy. Maybe OU isn't interested. I've watched kids like Tony Butler at the High School level and I'd love to see them at OU. On that note, why hasn't OU considered Michael O'Malley the D1 defensive player of the year in Ohio from St Ed's? http://www.hudl.com/athlete/3057915/michael-omalley

Per Yahoo Mr. Butler received 23 good offers. The only Ohio programs that are shown with offers are Toledo and Bowling Green. Clemson offered. Ohio State is noticeably absent. He has the size. Good get for Nebraska. Perhaps he has been telling instate schools he would rather play outside of Ohio.

Yes, and Yahoo lists them as well. No excuses, need coffee, then I could do more stupid stuff even faster.

Not surprised it's Toledo and BG. The teams that find a way to recruit higher rated players and have more depth despite turning over coaches.

Miami offers hoping someone will take it. The lead french fry attendant at Wendy's told me he was offered a partial today from Miami.
