Ohio offered OT Felipe Fernandez a couple days ago. I thought it was interesting that we offered him so recently. We must think there is a decent chance to land him.

With this guy and Jamal Smith, you wonder if these are guys that UCF was close to signing, but Scott Frost found he didn't have room for them. So Frost is steering them to his old coach. Just a theory.

In any case, Felipe seems like a very good player.

We just got another #DreamGreen16 tweet from Michael George, and Brian Haines tweets about "big news" tomorrow and palm tree and sunshine emojis.

Maybe we just stole Mr. Fernandez.

Maybe I need to find something more constructive to do with my time.

No Problem. From everything I've read and heard, Fernandez is a good strong OL, who picked up football in HS his sophomore year. I think that he will grow and develop nicely with our staff. Was voted Hillsborough County's top offensive lineman this past season as well, so he is talented. I expect him to develop into a solid offensive lineman that starts for at least 2 seasons in Athens.
