According to Huddle he has committed to Ohio. I had heard it earlier last fall too.

6'2" 220 lb 4.45 Played mostly DE. I expect he will be an OLB at Ohio

Offers from most MAC teams and NAVY according to the website.

I agree.

I do think that he plays more like a WDE than a linebacker, though. I like really fast WDEs though, because it gives the defense a lot of flexibility. They have the speed to contain, plus they can drop back into pass coverage as a part of a zone blitz.

His reported size and speed certainly suggest a linebacker, but if he is able to add some muscle and maintain that kind of speed, he could be a very difficult to stop defensive end.

Getting bigger would put him in the territory of Poling 230 and Brown 240. Ohio's mold at DE is now 6'4" and 250.
