My grandsons ( 4 and 7) and I just spent a few minutes watching Roger Lewis highlights.  Sure it may not happen but the fact that it's a possibility has me jacked.  The boys are OSU fans as well as Cat fans since their dad is a big Buckeye fan. When I showed them the video the oldest said "Wow papaw...if that guy goes to Ohio the Bobcats will win every game."   The youngest showed his mom and dad how he returned a bunch of kickoff returns for TD's....they weren't that impressed since they both are OSU fans first and Cat fans second....but I enjoyed the fact that they were annoyed considerably by the Roger Lewis kickoff return impersonations:

Out of the mouth of babes:

Doc, I'm so feeling like those kids about this. It would be so awesome for myriad reasons, beginning with the fact that Roger's got game ... and obviously also has an open mind ... and a fascination with someplace besides TEE.

I'm kind of concerned that Doc's grandsons don't have their own accounts here on (as the g.f. calls it) 'bobattack.'

If it's "a done deal with some issues to work out," then by definition, it's not a done deal.

I'm hearing Lewis may be signing with Marshall :

I guess all the rumors and speculation will be over soon enough.

Even worse would be if the safety Smith would also join him at Marshall.

Man, that's why I hate getting my hopes up.  This would be a huge blow to the recruiting class imo.  Guess I should just check this board after signing day to avoid the frustration with all the last minute changes.

Roger must not realize that Marshall has terrible terrible QB's...and honestly the stability of the coaching staff is not there. SIgning Roger and Sebastian has to be a top priority right now for OU coaches..its a very good class with out them but with them its near the top. I dont see Roger going in there and making an impact like he would here at Ohio.

If the news on the Wiggins kid is true and holds up through Wednesday, then losing these two (to Marshall) is a bit easier to swallow.

Not only that, but hopefully Roger knows that Ohio has one of the top wide receivers coaches in the entire country. Few, if any, college coaches have had more wide receivers drafted than Dwayne Dixon.

Hope so Blitz. Herdistan think he's theirs. They even moved Ohio to Low interest on their rivals site. I trust your digging, though.

Good work Bobcatblitz.  I know you've taken some flack in the past, but man you've got a lot of sources and are quickly turning into the go to guy for information.

In addition to better looking female students than Marshall, Athens has the Burrito Buggy!

Very good to hear. This will be by far the best class Solich has had at Ohio. The future looks very, very bright.

I had lunch today with a friend that's a Marshall fan, and Lewis was the first topic he brought up. He's got some really good connections to their athletic department, and they've basically conceded that Lewis is a Bobcat.
