From what Buckeye to Bobcat is saying, it appears Miami's putting a ton of $$ into their football and athletics program in general. Money talks, as they say.

Thank you Mark, Miami is on the verge of some serious renovations and capital projects. Meanwhile, we couldn't build a practice facility with a full end zone that is exclusively used by athletics.

Miami sold out its bowl game tix allotment (not sure of the #). How many tix did Ohio fans purchase for $ Gen Bowl?
