I am really excited about the incoming recruits for the DL. Coleman is obviously the anchor and the prize. I see Caesar and Watkins as guys that will be good against the run from the DE spot and can slide inside if needed. Watkins shows some pass rush ability as well. Ogun-Semore is the Basham of the group. Speed and power to get into the backfield against the run and pass. Having Coleman creating pressure up the middle will only help everyone else on the line.

Ill add that I could see Robinson sliding down to DE in pass rush situations as well.

Albin said during the signing day reception that Caesar weighed in at 290 on his visit (listed at 240-260 on the recruiting sites) so he's probably going to play inside.

I missed that. Thank you for the info. If that is the case I believe you are correct. Impressive that he played WR for his HS at that size.

OK. So with Mustin-Sherman having sat out last season, now add Coleman & Caesar, the heavy lifting seems in good hands. Coach Williams must be smiling.

To be clear I expect the 2017 interior DL to be manned by Aloese, Porter, Berger, Davis, Payne, Arp and Mustin-Sherman.
