Interesting. You don't see too many "DE/TE" combo-type players. Hail Caesar! (Sorry, couldn't help it-watched the movie on TV last night)

If this guy turns into a stud, there will have to be a toga tailgate.

You see a lot of TE/DE players, since they are pretty much the same body type. Interestingly, however, if you watch his HUDL, it lists him as a wide receiver, and if you watch the film, while most of it shows him at DE, there is some footage of him playing WR. The closest he comes to TE is that on a few plays he's lined up at H-Back. My guess is that he's being recruited to play DE, and he looks like a good one. He has a great motor, and takes good angles.

If he turns out to be a sack machine, you might need that "Hail Caesar" cheer.

They better have a video clip ready for that.

Wouldn't matter. You couldn't see it on our video board anyway.

Ted, when I try to run this video it says it's "been removed by user." Was that you or someone else?

At 6-2, 280, how is that even possible?

OK, thanks. I wonder why it was deleted.

Seems like a real good catch.

2015 Outdoor season. Hand timed. Other times ranged from 11.99 to 12.25. Reality is this young man is getting bigger, has unusual athleticism and should be quick/fast for a big man.

As sketchy as "hand-timed" is, at his weight the specifics aren't really important. This dude is a freak.

The 280 is a 2017 weight, the time is from 2015.

His huddle says he is a 4.68 guy, that is great for his size.

I still don't know what to do with this guy. He's big enough to play inside, but fast and athletic enough to go outside. I love the idea of a 290 lb. DE, but with that kind of beef you hate to lose the push up the middle.

I would like to put expectations on hold. This is getting like the build up on Irons or the recent mystery recruit.
