Does that make him the mystery recruit?

No. Cox was the so-called mystery recruit.

It's nice to get a surprise 3-star on signing day: http://247sports.com/Player/Marcus-Coleman-82836

Former West Virginia commit. He had offers from Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Syracuse, and Marshall. The 247 Crystal Ball projection had him going to Virginia.

Next year will the critical one for Ohio's chance to get Williams back. It still might happen.

As for this class, it's worth noting that the year of Williams they took far more signed commitments than expected, an indication that they knew not all the players would qualify. This year they did not. In fact they took one less than I expected, meaning to me that they expect all of these to qualify.

Just for kicks, can you name the three Academy Award winners that appeared in that clip?

Sean Penn and Forrest Whitaker are the easy ones. I believe Fast Times was Nicolas Cages first film gig, so I will go those three. As a teacher the scene where pizza is ordered to the classroom and the scene where the teacher shows up and makes him pay back his time at the end are the best.

Winner, winner chicken dinner. Cage (Nicolas Kim Coppola) is seen cheering in the stands at the :57 mark and his uncle Francis Ford Coppola got him the gig. For those Bobcats that attended in the late 70's, early 80's it is still acceptable to wear a pair of checkerboard Van's on all occasions. (Like Swank wearing his Birkenstocks)

I am with those who hope he is eligible. I remember the signing of the big defense of tackle from Colerain a few years back. I believe he was a three-star guy and looked to be an impact player. He never made it to Ohio or the field.
