While I'm not predicting it, I wonder what Burrow's thoughts will be if he graduates from O$U and never starts a game. It looks like that could be a possibility. If that happens, will he second guess his decision to attend A&M. I don't know him personally, so I have no idea how he'd react to that eventuality, but I doubt it's what he envisioned when he signed his LOI.
Some people need to feel like they need to prove that they can play at the so called best schools. Burrow did a great job fending off Gibson and others, but Urban Meyer recruits a top 5 QB every year, Burrow was a Rivals 3 star, Mr. Football that took the challenge. At this point, he needs to think strategically. If he cannot fend off Haskins then he should come home. He in no way failed by going to OSU, he did a great job, now it is time to get some on the job training for the NFL.
