Nicely done, Doc. It's always acceptable to refer to citizens of the State of Ohio as "Buckeyes." Ohioans were called Buckeyes many, many years before Ohio A&M (aka Cowtown U.) was even a glean in the eye of the General Assembly.

One thing that is really exciting about this class is the combination of size and athleticism. Dudes like Clanton, Aronokhale, Amburgey, Blauser, to name a few, have really good size but can really move. The highlight film for Clanton shows him receiving screen passes and weaving through traffic at 240 pounds. Wow! Plus, several of these guys look the part physically to compete for early playing time.

Hey doc! How good are the linebackers that we signed last? How good is the DE Stai? Our front seven appear to be tremendously deep, I have heard good things about Burks. I really like the tight ends in the last two classes as well. Running back wise, we will miss the two fast power backs (irons and oulette), but I think Ross and Tuggle bring a little bit more speed.

I think Stai will get some PT next year....last year and this years linebackers make OUr front seven pretty scary....and guys like Burks and Suh will make them look even better.

Spring ball with Suh should be interesting.

For what it's worth, I see we are 92 on Rivals list which means we are still ahead of Kansas and BYU, two Power 5 schools. I realize these recruiting service are a crap shoot since it seems everyone is thinking we did well, and 92 is all they would give us. Not sure I have ever seen this many MAC schools above 100. It seems to me a few years back we nearly had half of the MAC below 100. For the record, Northern Illinois, Central Michigan, Western Michigan and Miami are ahead of us. Toledo is at 95, and the strange ranking is that Miami (65) is only 12 spots lower than UCLA (55.) Not sure if that means we need to worry about our nemesis or quickly get the Bruins on schedule. Then again maybe these recruiting services are still adjusting to the Early Signing Date. OK this is very strange, but I just now see that the Rivals list has several ties which means we aren't that far from the bottom--very strange!
