So i just watched his film. I will start with the positives and end with his needs for improvement.
Pros:
*Running Block Strength
*Upper Body Strength
*Run Block Footwork
*Attitude towards the game
*Effort to finish
*Body could hold extra 30 - 40lbs
*Potential for 1+ inch(es) of height
Cons:
*No punch with arms on contact
*Tends to hold after defender disengages
*No film with player equal or bigger than himself to see how he reacts
*Leans over toes quite a bit (unbalanced)
*Likes to make pad contact on Pass Block instead of Arm Punch and lockout.
Solid Run Blocking Offensive Guard. Will need to work on close quarters arm punch to not miss top MAC D-Lineman who are good at hand-bats and pure bull rush.
Not worried about the unbalance as DAK will fix that with his squat routine.
But the arm punch has to come along or other teams D-Coords will blitz his holes all game.
