I know there was a tent adjacent to the student side and possibly under the north side under the curved section. I am assuming Jackie O's is still being sold. (local, and yummy). and usual domestics

IIRC Jackie O’s has their own stand in the end zone in front of the Sook Center.

I end up sitting at / near one of the picnic tables in the endzone almost every time. Jackie O's tent close. Plenty of space. Good views.

Echoing what others have said, Jackie O's is a great local option and in the past they've had a tent and beer garden area right next to the North End Zone. In addition to that, there has been numerous beer stands set up throughout the concourse with domestics.
