Has anyone tried download tickets to their phone yet? When I try through the Ohio Athletics phone app, on every ticket I have "This ticket is currently not available for download. Please check your original confirmation email confirmation for delivery instructions or contact the ticket office. There is no mobile pass available for this ticket. Please check your confirmation email for more info."
There are no other instructions from the confirmation email in March. Has anyone else tried this?
Just checked. I get the same message.
I did email the ticket office. I'll let everyone know what they say. Hopefully, it is just something simple that will be fixed soon and some lurkers can see this as well and we won't need to overwhelm the ticket office with messages.
