Looks like A.J. killed it: http://ajouellette.com/ouellette-impresses-during-pro-day /

Man, I hope he gets a shot with an NFL team because I know this kid has what it takes to be a really good player at the next level.

According to that, he had a 4.0 in the shuttle and 6.8 in the 3 cone. Best at the combine was 4.1 in the shuttle, and 6.89 in the 3-cone.

There is no question he will get a shot with an NFL team. The only question is whether it will be as a draft pick, or as an undrafted free agent. With his pro-day numbers, that will certainly move him up.
I agree. And the guy's just not a workout warrior. The guy lead the MAC in rushing this year, so his game production is there obviously. To the good GMs like John Dorsey (don't diss my Browns anymore!), game film as just as if not more important than these workout numbers.

And AJ can block. I've watched the Frisco Bowl several times over the last several months (yes I miss football) and the number of key blocks AJ made to allow Rourke that extra second to make a pass was amazing. GMs aren't going to play a running back who can't protect the quarterback.

I guess we will not get any complete coverage on the pro day. I hope everybody did well.

OT Joe Lowery (6061, 300) has a chance to get drafted late after his pro day workout yesterday at https://twitter.com/OhioFootball?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw.&mdash ; Gil Brandt (@Gil_Brandt) https://twitter.com/Gil_Brandt/status/1111669247518728193...
This despite the fact that "allen" was alarmed at his benching numbers and even advised Solich and the strength coach that we need to work on that in Winter conditioning.

Allen was only being honest, Allen also said that they were outstanding tackles. Allen and coach Solich know that the bench press for offensive lineman is very important. It gages whether a small school player may handle an nfl bull rush. Allen only wants the best for our players and though Allen’s emotions wants to say everything that each bobcat is absolutely fantastic, he has to ground himself in truth. Here is some insight into why I said what I said.

Good documentation of what you posted earlier. It just seems that with the strength program we have, that the coaches would be addressing anything like that.

I agree that they are doing what is best for the players. I hope that Lowery gets drafted, I hope that we can find ways in the future to put them in even better position. Go Cats

Thanks for all the info and research, as always. Bummer that the "AM" doesn't get every story. I understand $ etc. I knew Pro Day was sometime around now. Thanks again. I guess I was directing most of my time in Basketball. Keep it up please. Good luck to the players! BTW A.J. you are a beast buddy
