As long as he doesn't use the word 'leverage' as a verb every two sentences the way I hear every person in corporate leadership these days, I'd be willing to listen to his podcast and read his book. I sat through an hour presentation last week and started jotting down every time someone used the word leverage. Forty four. Forty-four times someone said leverage. Forty. Four.

I would like to leverage the word leverage into a giant dumpster.

To identify your thought leaders, you need to do company-wide MBTI tests. This test has been used by the best of breed of corporate America. However, please keep in mind that your organization needs to have the appropriate buy in, and that your mileage may vary.
