It is Winter conditioning, and the team is working out hard, now, trying to get bigger, stronger, and faster. Dak is the strength coach. At the end of winter conditioning, they give awards like "Super Iron Bobcat" to the players that worked the hardest and made the most progress. I presume this is a daily or weekly shout out to players who are working hard.

Glad to see some folks on the Dline and LB showing up on this report. These are positions where there are opportunities for a ton of playing time along with RB and OT. One of my favorite parts of the offseason program is to see which new names and faces emerge to fill vacancies and which players really improve
