I saw Q throw a deep out against Toledo that only 10-15 people in this world could have thrown with that velocity, he has an NFL arm.
Stop.
Why? allen is only calling them as he seez 'em and he has more experience in coaching and scouting than I think that you do, unless I missed something in your background.

I could find the whole game, he threw a shorter on at the 10 minute mark here. This is what nfl scouts look at to judge arm strength.

Maxwell does have the size and an NFL arm. The question is can he get to his dropbacks from under center, can he make reads, does he know when to audible and can he make plays with his feet when the pocket breaks down. Can he command a huddle? People questioned Mitch Trubisky but he is doing fine.

What is your background where it gives you credence to support his statement?

My training is in journalism. I'm pretty good at assessing the credibility of various sources. Doesn't mean I'm the subject expert. Just ask BTC! ;-)

Rourke and Maxwell are both fine college QBs. Neither will sniff playing on Sunday. Simply not among the top 100 QBs in the world. That is not a slam of them. Few QBs make it to Sunday. I wish Maxwell all the best as he departs - I hope he finds a home. And I can't wait for Rourke to be back leading the Cats next year.

I think Rourke will play on Sundays, he is a top 100 qb in the world, Q is a different story, but he does have a cannon and is a great athlete.

He would need to become a much more accurate passer across the whole tree. He is too small (and slow) to have value as a ruining QB. We can root him on, but top 100 - not. Plus next year's draft is stacked at the QB position wit guys like Fromm, Herbert, Tagovailoa, who are top 100 guys. Let's simply enjoy the show.

Does Canada play on Sunday? Because that’s where he is going, same with Irons.

I believe that Nathan has NFL abilities, though they may not be at the QB level. I think a creative coach/GM could see Nathan in the ilk of Julian Edelman or Taysom Hill. He is incredibly athletic, and while his accuracy may keep him from taking snaps directly in NFL, I think he could easily be on the field there.

So where do we think Quinton ends up? Its an interesting situation as some on here believe he is a legitimate athlete with a plus arm but coming from a MAC school with limited starts since 2016.

If you enter the portal, does it definitely mean youŕe transferring? I think his best chance to play in 2019 is probably at OHIO. Rourke has fortunately not been hampered by injuries in his career, but he exposes himself to contact quite a lot. In the event of a Rourke injury, Q is the most logical successor.

I love Rourke at the collegiate level but no way he plays in the NFL. Not only is he not accurate, he doesn't have the requisite arm strength for the NFL. And running QBs don't last in the NFL.

Interesting thought about Rourke in another position. I could very well be wrong, but I don't think he nearly has the athleticism as former Kent State QB Julian Edelman. I think Rourke's too slow to play wide receiver in the next level and I have no idea what kind of route runner he'd be.

But hey, maybe I'll be eating crow in 2 years. Sure wouldn't be the first time!

Actually, with the wide open field and unique rules the CFL has on offense, I think Rourke's game transitions quite well to the CFL. Nothing wrong with that at all. He'd definitely be a better CFL QB than Manziel.

Each CFL team has to have 20 "nationals" on its game roster. Rourke is very valuable, even as a 3rd QB. I'd expect him to have a long CFL career, even if he isn't a star. I'd expect Irons to get a decent chance as well.

The CFL Scouting Bureau ranks Irons as the eighth-best draft eligible player, up from #11 before the season. Seniors at Canadian universities and Canadians in the NCAA are eligible for the draft.

Some more detail. Still in school and still working with the team, but, Arkley reports team "will" have a new backup QB next season.
