Year after year? You've been a member since 2017, according to your profile. That would be a little over two years that you've been a part of this BA community.
Actually 14 months.
Long time lurker. Been around long enough to see the annual 10-12 wins predictions that fall short every single time.

Every time???????

10 wins in 2011.

You seem to be the new Monroe here -- pessimistic and negative.

But without Monroe's style, sense of humor and lovableness.

I cannot think of a more lazy response than to compare posters you disagree with other posters that you dislike. It just gets old seeing the same MAC Championship predictions each year only to fall well short.

Try harder.

I predict a MACC this year. And 10 wins! What gets old are posters complaining that things aren’t good enough for them. No one cares that you’re not happy.

I don't call giving up a safety at Miami falling well short nor losing to WMU on the final drive of the MACC. The last 4 years were pretty good and even what Ohio did last year 9 plus a bowl win helps when at 4 wins its good for 4th in the MAC behind BG(5), Miami(7), Toledo(10). I kind of agree at this point that just making a bowl game is not significant anymore. We need to win. But we do have as many bowl wins as Iowa St, Memphis, NIU and UCF so we aren't exactly rubbing shoulders with Kent and EMU anymore in bowl futility.

We just differ in that I have reasonable expectations of winning conference championships at this point in the tenure while you guys continue to stumble down the rabbit hole.

But yet, you continue to respond. So it sounds like you care enough to do that.

This team will have strengths and it will have weaknesses. Some fans will be optimistic, and some will be pessimistic. No one is going to change anyone's opinion at this point. We can all just put out our guesses, and then at the end of the season, we'll know who was right. In the meantime, I'll enjoy watching a few Spring practice highlights, and to the arrival of some warmer weather. ;)
