There's an article in Today's The Record (sorry I can't get it to link) by Ralph Russo of the A.P. on NCAA "adjustments" to the guidelines for granting immediate eligibility to transfer students.
The "adjustments" require more documentation to support the immediate eligibility waiver.
What kind of documentation? Hardship? My previous coach physically beat me? Rules are rules aren't they? Waivers should be rare, and only granted in exceptional cases.
