Interesting life change. Nice to see he has a strong drive for self improvement after stepping away from what he has known as primary employment for the bulk of his adult life. I know it's not for everybody, but there is a lot going on with Clemson football right now that would be fun to be a part of.
Enough time has probably passed that it is not as awkward as it would have been 10 or so years ago to be on staff where your brother was let go. Most of the admin has probably moved on, most notably the AD.
