Jaguars are clearly looking to beef up the WR spot. They also signed:
Boston College WR Michael Walker 2018: 17 catches 218 yds, 0 TD
Marshall WR Tyre Brady 2018: 71 catches, 1003 yds, 9 TD
UCF WR Dredrick Snelson Jr. 2018: 43 catches, 688 yards, 5 TD

Papi had 62 catches, 987 yards, 9 TD

There's always going to be competition, but there is only one Papi White. Go Papi.

Apparently Michael Walker and Tyre Brady as well. With 4 UDFA signed, you knew the list would get shorter, but I was hoping White would have the hot hand.

I like his chances to make an NFL roster or practice squad: I'd be more surprised than not if he didn't. He was clearly one of the MAC's best last year and can also handle punt return.

If 20k in the NFL is a Pork Chop hopefully he gets the entire menu after camp
That would be what they call a “pork chop”. And after 3-5% for the agent, 45% for taxes, and depending on the structure of who paid for all his training and meals, etc while he was working out, that pork chop gets eaten pretty quickly.
