Absolutely horrible! Atleast with Russell you could wear Jordan or Nike cleats. We took a step back in my opinion. New generation liked our Blackes Out jerseys and the Battle of The Bricks White Unis. Russell > Adidas

Russell uniforms are cheap and look like knock offs. I, along with many recruits, are happy with the Adidas deal. I do like last years' homes better though.

I also hate the "C" on the shoulder. Leave it for hockey. Put the adidas logo back where the c is and its fine.

It's hard from pictures to know the actual quality of the uniform itself, so there is no way for us to compare Russell to Adidas in that regard. In any case, it is irrelevant, since Russell no longer makes uniforms.

What is the "C" for, by the way?

The new uniform shown is the same as the black uniform introduced last year. I prefer the old version of both.

“Canada”

The jerseys last year were better.

The Russell Ohio Polo shirts had horrible collars.

Well I will go for the near "Penn State" look of the 18 season. I prefer the rounded collar to that strange pointy white collar and I like the no white trim around the sleeves and collar.

The unis say to me, "We mean business".

The video footage on Ohiobobcats.com for the first practice in pads yesterday seemed to show the jersey sleeve as being all white from the shoulder pad down. Maybe that's just the practice jersey. But it definitely did not have any stripes on the shoulder pad sleeve.

Edit: I definitely didn't care for that look.

2nd edit: the helmets also didn't have "OHIO" on them, so I have to assume it was their practice jersey. Never mind, nothing to see here.........

I may be a minority of one, but I like the new uniforms with the stripes on the sleeves rather than the shoulders. I never like those stripes. Just one man's opinion.

I knew the change was coming when their Bahamas Bowl jerseys had the stripes on the sleeve. I like the arch OHIO on the chest, but I liked the shoulder stripes better.
