The SEC has had it for at least the last year, if not longer. Hopefully it helps marketing get their stuff together with ads, timing, and the 110.

I can see it now - a group count down to zero and then a large cheer when the game restarts. Just another graphic example of how a game has become a slave to the money of TV.
