Isn't the hill for overflow student crowds. Or am I mistaken? I'm thinking of the Pitt visit to Athens in Frank's first season.

I am too old to fight anymore, lol. However, WVU may have between 10-15,000 fans is what the word is. There will be many types there and most of our fans are used to "spirited" fans. Pitt, Vtech rivalries are very heated between fanbases.

I am sure it will be civil though.

I guess you have friends controlling the secondary sites as well?

FYI, I believe and have said all along, I love the CATS in this one.

I have had Orange Lot VIP for years. But I am concerned that even if I get there an hour before game start the lot might be "full". The concern is prolly driven by my experience with Blue Lot parking for Bball where I often have to park somewhere close to Nelsonville for big games.....

Just got the gameday email and in it, states that all "on-campus" parking is sold out and to park at the fairgrounds. Idk if I really believe that, I have a hunch they are trying to push traffic away from the stadium. It doesn't specify if its just "prepaid" on-campus parking is sold out.

Anybody have any info? I'd like to try to park behind Bob Wren and maybe catch some practice, wouldn't mind saying hi to Coach See if he's around.

I won't reveal where I typically park but its in a lot they can't technically shut down because its used for students to use the facilities, even on gamedays.

I think it’s a bit of a myth that WVU fans bought up our season tickets for this game. Sure, some did but not that many. If you look at Seat Geek there are 80 sellers still selling for this week, and 139 sellers for the Gardner Webb game. Even if all those xtra 60 or so were ‘Eers, it would put that category in the hundreds not thousands.

It will be a nice, loud, WVU contingent. Should be fun.

Using the UMASS game as a guide:

I estimate just under 5000 tickets available for purchase. Plus another 3000 blocked off for students and 110 (sections 117-120). So possibly 15k-17k season tickets sold?

Sections 107-112, 102, and 116 have no availability. Also, the lower half of sections 113, 115, 122 and 123 are sold or blocked off. Some of those in 122/123 might be additional student seats? A lot of of those sections are popular family four pack season tickets sections that a lot of OU fans/110 fans buy, but wouldn’t be surprised if they end up being a majority WVU fans this weekend.
