I’m seeing a slugfest with 90 or more points scored, hope we can keep up with these guys. Our run defense better get better quick or they will run us out of our stadium. Gut check time.

Gut check time indeed. We'll see if our tackling issues are solved today. I want to see a tight and focused defensive approach today. Force two turnovers and make a big special teams play happen. Zervos needs to make his kicks.

As long as Rourke is healthy (he is), I have confidence that our offense will be fine. I just hope our RBs can stay healthy and our WRs can continue to develop.

Louisiana is a tough team. This is a tough game.

Three weeks in a row that Buckner has done something costly.

Third butt whipping in a row. Probably the poorest tackling team I’ve seen out of Ohio in years.

Tackling has hardly been the issue today. Way too much space for cajuns to run through. D line stood tall for a bit in the first half after getting gashed early, but now you can drive a truck through there.

In addition the defensive line sucks and the linebackers can’t tackle. Oh, and the defensive backs can’t find the ball. And, if tackling isn’t the issue why are the runners carrying us five yards all tday?

We're terrible. It's just sad more than anything else.

Rourke is going out with a whimper. 2017 or 2018 should have been the years. But we choked it all away.

Oh well.

Their QB keeps throwing up ducks off his back foot and they keep coming up with it. How the fudge have we not grabbed one of those?

Also, we look like Marshall 2011 trying to defend screen passes

Yeah the offense is doing great. What’s our time of possession? With 12 points?

Hats off to the Ragin' Cajuns. This is a good team. As for the Bobcats, I am not exactly sure what we have here this season. Makes one wonder if we will even have a winning season this year?

And, more missed tackles. Defense hasn’t made one stop when really needs to. And another defensy back can’t find the ball.

And more missed opportunities by the offense. Haven’t made one score when they needed to.

Remind me of the Troy bowl game. On this day, like that day, the opponent was just bigger faster and stronger.

Somebody asked why we couldn’t pick off those ducks? We must have the shortest defensive back and wide receiver corps in major college football.

We better start winning in the living room and start looking for a dB coach, otherwise we will be a middle of the pack MAC team for the foreseeable future.

Year 15 and we're mediocre at best. But we'll find something meaningless to celebrate, like XX straight years being bowl eligible.

Pretty tough to watch. So I stopped.

Some of our guys just don't pass the eye test before we take the field. Sucks for Rourke. Dude deserves better.

I look at teams like App State and the SW Louisiana at Lafayette (or whatever) and they seem to be able to find really good talent. We aren't even to close to that in 2019.

To make matters worse, we are @ Buffalo following a bye week to bake on this A$$ Whoppin.

Oh well, at least we are in the doormat of football divisions in the MAC East. Yay!

On defense, it all starts with the defensive line. We're unable to get any push and create any havoc. Their RBs almost always were off to the second level without getting touched. And our LBs struggle with tackling. Our pass rush is not good, either. Conrad made one nice playing causing havoc and getting a sack, but that was a rarity.

We lack a leader and any tenacity. Our DBs have good potential, and Hagan is solid. But we need to be better in the trenches first. On both sides of the ball, honestly.
