There are now 42 bowl eligible teams. Mizzou is ineligible at the moment, but they've appealed, so they're on the list with an asterisk. ECU, VaTech, Hawaii, Army and Liberty have to win seven games because they play 13 and/or play more than one 1AA school.

Edit: I forgot the at large slots. Yep the P-5 will have trouble filling their slots and the G-5 could fill some. Plenty of eligible 6-6 (cough)teams overall.
McMurphy is now saying the P-5 will be 7 slots short! But he’s not projecting any MAC teams taking those spots.
