Liberty @ BG should be a good one. Potential for a nice MAC non-conference win.

Put Pudge’s litter box on Liberty’s sideline.

Just a hunch that WMU at Illinois will be closer than people think.

I really don't get the way Miami schedules. Open with two P4 teams on the road, then a bye. Home opener in week 4 against UNLV, which luckily looks like a nice game... a win over UCLA and name recognition. Then homecoming the last weekend in September against a school that has been FCS for only three years. Then two MAC roadies before two home games, the later one being Family Weekend.

We've done some of that stuff too. 2014 our home opener was week 4 but without any byes prior. 2008 we had homecoming in September against an FCS team, but this is year in year out for them. How about this? Family weekend is the FCS team, homecoming is October against a MAC team. Show your alumni a real game.

3 MAC teams in ESPN's college football bottom 10 this week. (And Charlotte at #8)

- UMASS
- Balls: "The Cards received $1.2 million from Purdue and $1.3 million from Auburn for their first two games, which they lost by a combined score of 73-3. That's $833,333.33 per point scored."
- Kent State

Kent blew a chance to get off their FBS losing streak against a team expected to contend in conference. Scored a go ahead TD late but played pillow soft defense the next possession.

Liberty has fallen off a cliff since losing to Kennesaw State last year.

Hard to believe there were ranked not too long ago.

4-6 in their last 10 with losses to Kennesaw State, Sam Houston State, UMASS, Buffalo, BG…
