Because the football season was postponed, Utah's biggest revenue source was eliminated, or at least delayed. Not necessarily, the furloughs can be staggered and done really at anytime. Our entire department has been furloughed (minus AD and Head Coaches), but activities are still going on. Without any real details, this may simply be some nice looking window dressing.
