Yeah, Tuggle is really gifted. Here is a clip of Tuggle against BG last year. If I was going to a young group of RBs to teach RB principals, here is the video I'd show. I dont know exactly how many tools a RB has, but he looks like the equivalent of a five-tool player in baseball.
Tuggle shows patience, speed, agility, acceleration, balance, strength, vision, etc. on this run. Granted, players like BG #18 are not going to win the hustle award, but it is still really great by Tuggle.
