During Frank's presser, he mentioned that Allison has been "banged up" during fall camp and that Wilbon has been working through injuries. Anyone with more info care to add some additional background? We're deep there, but I don't like hearing that before the season gets started.

With Arkley gone, the lack of coverage is something we're going to have to live with...although I did notice that he was on the video of the press conference. That was of interest.

Pleasantly surprised to see Arkley take part in this presser and I was wondering what organization he was representing or if he's just freelancing. There were, I believe, 3 or 4 other journalists. Anyone know who they are?

The Post had an article today so there was at least one Post reporter.

The guy with the dreads is a Post reporter on the football beat. He's also done some decent high school coverage in the Cincinnati area.

Tuggle and Ross are enough at running back to win a game. I trust in Javari Portis too if we get in a pinch.

The RB unit will be more than fine. There's a ton of depth and talent here. The biggest issue with the unit is there's only one football to share with so many proven players.

with our depth and dynamic QB, is a NY6 Bowl in the making?

Slightly Off topic but:

Wisconsin will play their 4th string QB. 1st is hurt, 2nd and 3rd out with Covid so the kid with 1 snap under his belt gets the job.

The MAC champ may very well be the team with the most depth whoever that is--particularly with the virus.

If and when Wisconsin gets back to playing, that is. Its game vs Nebraska this week has been cancelled because of the covid outbreak in Wisconsin. It's been deemed a "no contest." It might've been no contest anyway if it had been played.

Agreed and I think this benefits Ohio. The consistency of our coaching staff and lack of turnover there has allowed us to redshirt guys and really build a good program with depth rather than focusing on year-to-year results.
