The WAC is expected to reignite it's football presence in the FCS, with hopes of joining the FBS by the end of this decade.

Had a feeling that Covid was going to get schools to start thinking about their futures. I would not be shocked to see this go further if schools have tighter budgets going forward.

If they need to tighten budgets, then a move up would ill-advised. Moving up means spending more to keep up with the "P" conferences. Doesn't make a lot of sense.
