Hate to start a new topic for this, but as I plan our trip I was wondering when we should know the kick time for the game in Evanston. I’m assuming TV will make this a late decision, but I’m trying to figure out if I should get my hotel room in Chicago the night before or after and kick time has a large bearing on that.

My guess would be noon (11AM CST) for BTN

Yeah, like YTown said, gotta think noon eastern is the most likely kick time for that game.
Feel pretty confident that it won’t be a prime time kickoff

My guess, too. There are three B10 conference games that day that'll probably wind up on ABC/ESPN channels. Fox has grabbed ND-Wisconsin for noon. I think four games are probably going to wind up on BTN or its subchannel: ours, Akron-O$U, Kent-Maryland, and BG-Minn. It'll probably be after the first week of the season before we know for sure.

The TV window has me sometimes booking a room for Friday night and another room for Saturday night. When the TV time is announced 12-13 days out I cancel the one I don't need.
