Bill Connelly (formerly of SBNation, currently at ESPN) published his "returning production" numbers a few days ago (the image containing the ranking and %-Returning production table is available on his twitter).
It is not exactly what you were looking for, as it tries to factor in each player's relative contribution rather than just looking at starters. The 'cats have 80% of their production returning, which is the 52nd most in the country. (More than 70 teams return >70% of their production). Anybody who is thinkg "ahh, we've got an advantage this year, because of all our returning players" might be in for disappointment
In any case, here are the numbers (Duquesne excluded):
_______________(Rank) - (% Returning production)
Syracuse_________44___-____82
Louisiana(ULL)____3___-____95
Northwestern____126___-____39
Akron____________25___-____86
CMU_______________9___-____92
Buffalo_________108___-____65
Kent_____________21___-____88
Miami____________19___-____89
EMU______________10___-____92
Toledo____________1___-____97
BGSU_____________93___-____72
OHIO_____________52___-____80
