The hate and discontent is mounting. There is a vacuum sucking the life out of unsuspecting preppy teenagers in the West, it is the Miami University. I can sense the black hole nearby.

You can't spell Miami Sucks without Miami Sucks.

We're getting 50 mph winds from the direction of Oxford tonight. I guess Fiami doesn't only suck.

Stepped out to buy my favorite canned coffee (yeah, they sell it in cans in Japan) from a vending machine and then looked up and couldn't believe what I saw. A Japanese dude walking in the other direction with a red Miami cap on backwards. It is too bad I didn't catch it sooner. I would have been a good cross cultural exchange opportunity to teach him about American college teams that suck.

Bump.

Strong wind from the southwest today in Massachusetts...weather forecast attributed it to the fact that Fiami blows.

Hate week is a great week.

Take a look at the MiamiHawkTalk.com thread about the OHIO game. It looks like a middle school boys' bathroom wall. Each poster trying to outdo the next one in terms of the number of swear words used in his* post. Even my fan club officers would agree that these posts have even less substance than the worst of mine. Just one more proof of how badly Miami sucks!

==========
*I'm virtually certain that there's not a shred of muliebrity in those posts.

It kinda makes me wish we could swear more on this board.

Miami just came over here and told us to get out our shine box and we're gonna be jimmy Conway's shoe on Billy Batts' head.

***k em.

Living in the Pacific Northwest, you learn about natural geological phenomena like Cascadia Subduction Zone and the Pacific Ring of Fire and their relationships to possible natural disasters in the surrounding areas. In the span of a month, I've seen road signs that say both "Tsunami Evacuation Route" and "Volcano Evacuation Route" during my travels across the land.

The one conclusion I've come up with is that the area around Southwest Ohio should be given it's own name and own road signs for potential geological altered sucking.

Where's the rivalry spirit this year? Seems nobody has a bad thing to say about Oxford or Miami. I guess this may be the year the smack died.

A deep low pressure system has settled in over Butler County. It's having effects on the weather and also filtering into the psyches of athletes in the general region. The Reds once again missed the playoffs. The Bengals are suffering in mediocrity. The Bearcats failed to reach bowl eligibility. It is certainly imminent that the Foreskins are destined to a similar fate...all because...Miami Sucks. So say us all.

This couldn't have just been a coincidence. The day after Ohio defeated Eastern Michigan and turned their attention to Miami, an atmospheric river off the Pacific Ocean pushed Eastwardly and tore through Washington and Oregon, causing downed trees and electric outages across the land. The vortex of suck in Oxford is so bad that it now knows time and place. It knows when Ohio is coming up on the schedule.

Just incredible stuff.
