The only way we beat Fiami is the way they came in here before the last Fiami game I saw here.

We had a better record.

I’m watching both teams warm up and Fiami coming out with guys no shirts on and fired up!

Coaches need to fire up the team for a rivalry maybe the game of the year for them.

Not sure this OU coach can do that.

I think the job of getting the team up for this game will need to fall on the redshirt Seniors. They'll need to harken back to how it felt to beat the redchickens their freshman year - and how we owned them for five straight years.

An interesting time to find our passing game. In conference play, MOFO is second in the MAC in total D and first in rushing D. But they're 10th in passing D, giving up 275 ypg. With Rourke having a 300+ yd day vs Kent, expect him to start next week. Our pass D isn't great (8th) so expect a lot of throwing next week. Both teams are good at protecting the QB but also at sacking the opponent. Takeaways will again be tough to get; MOFO has turned the ball over just three times in four games.

Seems so obvious, doesn’t it? Can’t wait to find out if you’re right.
