With the expansive SID staff, I’m shocked we are not getting daily coverage.
With 5 members of the Communications team, there is no reason to not have more material in output mode. Just takes planning. Not hard to do if they are adept at their job.
They were just hiring to fill positions, maybe you should have applied so you could have given the guidance that was/is needed.
Perhaps I should have, as planning, managing, and executing communications for clients is what I do for a living. I guess the old adage is true: “Those who can’t do, teach. Those who can’t teach, work for athletic departments.”
