This speaking style reminds me a little of Casey Stengel.
In the words of Casey, "Sometimes it's easier to understand things than it is to figure them out."
And, the key to our season might rest on this thought, "They say it can't be done, but sometimes that doesn't always work."
And, our game-time decision making might use this formula, "I made up my mind, but I made it up both ways."
Finally, if we go into a tailspin and start a losing streak, our coach could borrow this sage thought from old Casey, "Without losers, where would the winners be?"
