ESPN: "Burrow graduated Sunday with a degree in family resource management."
What is "family resource management"?
I'll take "What is a degree you can finish in three years while being a Power5 football player" Alex
Three years plus three years of summer classes generally equals four years of classes.
I stand by my dismissive, flippant, unresearched comment regarding a B.S. (or B.A.?) in family resource management
Should have done some research:
Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology, Consumer and Family Financial Services
A bachelor's degree specializing in Consumer and Family Financial Services will give you the skills needed for a rewarding career helping people understand and manage their personal resources, including time and money. This program prepares you for a variety of careers in the consumer and family financial service industry. And, it is the only program at Ohio State that incorporates the coursework needed to get you ready for the Certified Financial Planner examination.
First off,you can take the CFP exam without a degree.
You can get a degree up to 5 years after that.
Also, they app-ear to accept any degree.
I wonder how many graduates of this program went on to be CFP's ?
Sorry, but this seems like just another curriculum that incorporates the course coursework need to keep athletes eligible.
