If a magazine doesn’t devote as much space on the team pages to each of the G5 teams as each of the P5 teams I won’t consider and/or buy it. Some do a full page, seems like most don’t. I realize that doesn’t mean the quality of information is as good or timely for both but it weighs heavily for me anyway.
If you look at most websites about the only coverage is "P" teams, unless a G has a head coaching change or a scandal, or makes noise in the polls, ala Louisiana and Coastal in recent years. CBS and Yahoo used to have someone devoted to covering G teams, but not anymore.
