Quarterback started his career at Bowling Green in 2017-18, then moved to West Virginia for 2019-21, transferred to WKU back in January, and is now back in the portal again.

Would have only one year of eligibility left, where does he go now?

Don't need a vagabond like this. He'll probably end up some place like Wheeling University.

He's leaving three weeks before the start of the season because he lost the starting spot at Western Kentucky to a kid from West Florida.

No thanks.

Maybe he ends up at Last Chance U, but as a 6th year, I doubt it.

It actually is Wheeling University now, they lost the Jesuit title several years ago, not long after they announced the return of the football team

I knew this name sounded familiar. His brother Seth Doege was the starting QB at Texas Tech about a decade ago and was in the line of Mike Leach QB's that included Kliff Kingsbury, Graham Harrell, etc. Had a cup of coffee in the NFL and is currently an offensive assistant at Ole Miss.

Really.....been a while since I've been in the Valley. Thought Valley Cat would get this one. They were D2 national womens' volleyball champs a short while ago as Jesuit if I remember correctly. Cousin Richard Bertozzi was in the first graduation class after a stint in the Marines.

If he wants to end up slinging it for the Cards I essentially know the entire staff. That’s a one phone call deal. Although their QB looks to be an IUP transfer who would be tough to beat out. It’s been quite a while since Valley Cat was in the valley.

They have improved quickly with the football program, led by the son of a Valley legend. However I’m sure OCF will correct me.

Opening at LSU, so he needs to hurry that application in. Miles Brennan has left and is retiring from football. This would have been his 6th year there, so he was backup to Joe Burrow.

Jayden Daniels is the starter at LSU. That's why Brennan "retired".

Thanks for correcting my rice paddy grunt friend. Probably had too much mud in his eyes when he did the Duck, Duck Go search to read the screen clearly! ;-) Needs a little oil-tender grease to clean out those eyeballs!
