His passing stats are amazing. Computing pass efficiency with the college calculator, he comes in at 185, and even in the loss to Winnipeg he was 181. Here are the CFL Stats, and I see a few interesting things:

Rourke is number 2 in passing yards, but played one less game. Note that he is also the number 9 rusher in the league. Also note that he is spreading the ball around, meaning he is confident and comfortable going through his reads. He does not have a single receiver in the top ten targets, but he has five receivers in the top 28:
