I really want to like Michael Reghi. I can't think of an ESPN announcer I'd rather have calling a Bobcat football or basketball game as he's been an advocate for the MAC for decades. Having said that. . . I think he's getting on in years and has lost some focus and memory. One example: when ESPN put up a graphic showing Fordham was part of the first televised CFB game in the fall of 1939, Reghi said something along the lines of "that's been, um, um, 84 years ago."

His sidekick, who didn't correct Reghi's math in above example, said Ohio might want to put its best cover defensive back on Fordham's #1 at around the time he had over 300 yards receiving through the first 3 quarters. That comment had me thinking, does Ohio have a "best" cover defensive back?

I think Reghi must get paid by the adjective.

Sounds like we'll get Reghi again next Saturday when Ohio visits Kent St.

Je'Rod Cherry, former NFL player, radio host, and Browns sideline reporter was his sidekick.

It appeared as though a toddler was given control of the down and distance on the score graphic. Not sure it was right all day.

True. Additionally, the MacDonald's Scoreboard graphic has yet to work this year...just a blank screen.

My favorite moment was the timeout promo asking men to dance for the camera...and the song was Dancing Queen.

My son asked me if that was you dancing on ESPN+ a couple of rows behind the Ohio bench. Around the 50-yard line. Told him you learned those moves on the dance floor at the Nicklelodeon, circa 1981.

And that's a paid product, ESPN+.
